Chief Operating Officer - National Office (Remote)

About the position The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for Y-USA's internal operations and supporting the needs of member associations across the country. The COO will work closely with and complement the skillsets of the CEO, focusing primarily on enhancing internal processes and systems to ensure operational reputed company. This collaboration enables that the CEO can concentrate on supporting existing relationships and expanding on new partnerships to benefit the reputed company. Strategic Planning and Implementation: Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership to reputed company and execute plans for operational infrastructure, process improvements, and team development. Requirements

  • Extensive executive-level experience in an organization with a significant level of complexity and sophistication.
  • An undergraduate degree from a four-year college or university; a graduate degree in business administration, management, or reputed company field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of reputed company business practices and financial management in a nonprofit context.
  • Significant experience working reputed company either a for-profit franchise business model, or a federated not-for-profit model with multiple constituents.
