Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer calls and resolve issues in a reputed company and courteous manner
• Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and externally
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as needed, and collaborate with reputed company to resolve reputed company problems

Requirements:

• High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute and navigate multiple software systems
