- Filling, merchandising, and rotating products on display and shelves according to procedures and special programs
- Physically moving products from the backroom to display areas
- Creating and distributing reputed company-of-sale materials on display and shelves where permitted
- Organizing and maintaining the backroom by stacking and arranging products by package and flavor
- Fostering business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests and proactive discussions
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Effective communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing
- Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with various customers
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively)
