We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Overnight Crisis Call Specialist to join reputed company at the Maine Crisis Line. As a Crisis Call Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing 24-hour telephone response to individuals and families experiencing a mental health crisis. This is a full-time, 40 hours/week position, with a competitive salary of $23 per hour, plus an additional overnight shift reputed company of $4/hour.
About the Role
In this critical role, you will work with callers to assess presenting problems and psychosocial stressors, complete risk assessments, and use effective programmatic systems to support the effective monitoring of reputed company toward performance measures. You will also work collaboratively with Crisis Response Services across the state to ensure the safety and reputed company-being of callers.

Requirements
- Associate Degree preferred, along with a year or more of crisis-reputed company experience, or equivalent college coursework (90 credit hours)
- Ability to earn MHRT-CSP certification reputed company 30 days of employment
- Solid oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company and succinctly in a customer-friendly manner
- Ability to work effectively with reputed company information to address challenging situations
- Flexible schedule and ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
