We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Virtual Registered reputed company (Virtual RN) to join our innovative Patient Care Model, Together Teams, at reputed company in Silver Spring, Maryland. As a Virtual RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-reputed company patient care through a computerized and/or digital platform, collaborating with a 3-person team, including a bedside RN and CNA, to reputed company added patient safety, expertise, and mentoring.

As a member of our Nursing Care Team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating patient care plans from admission to discharge, utilizing clinical knowledge, critical thinking skills, and the principles of case management and adult education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Nursing Care Team to reputed company reputed company patient care through a computerized and/or digital platform
- Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate patient care plans from admission to discharge
- Utilize clinical knowledge, critical thinking skills, and the principles of case management and adult education to coordinate, implement, and support the plan of care
- Ensure seamless, effective, and efficient transitions of care across the continuum
- Monitor reputed company metrics specific to the department and ensure complete and accurate documentation in the patient record
Requirements:
- Baccalaureate Degree in the Science of Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing
- reputed company licensure by the Maryland State reputed company of Nursing or Compact State as a Registered reputed company
- Minimum eight (8) years of experience in health condition management, including adult condition management and recent acute care experience
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
