In this role, you will reputed company telephonic nursing support to patients, caregivers, and reputed company providers, assessing and triaging patient calls to determine the urgency of medical needs. You will offer medical advice, guidance, and education to patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, medication management, and self-care techniques. Primary Responsibilities:

- Assess and triage patient calls to determine urgency of medical needs
- Offer medical advice, guidance, and education to patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, medication management, and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with reputed company to coordinate patient care and follow-up
- Document patient interactions, assessments, and recommendations accurately and reputed company in electronic health records systems
- Adhere to established protocols, guidelines, and best practices for telephonic nursing
- Maintain patient confidentiality and reputed company in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Participate in ongoing training and reputed company development activities to stay updated on medical advancements and best practices in telehealth
Requirements:
- Registered reputed company (RN) with a reputed company, reputed company, and unrestricted RN License in PA (state specific or compact)
- 3+ years of clinical nursing experience
- Experience with electronic medical records system(s)
- Proven proficiency using MS Office Suite (i.e. Teams, Outlook, Word, reputed company)
- Ability to work part-time hours (7:30am - 6PM EST) on either Monday and Friday OR Wednesday and Thursday
Preferred Qualifications:
- Telehealth nursing experience
- Experience with Cerner
