Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the Managing Director and collaborate closely with the sales team to support customer accounts and drive reputed company reputed company
• Assist in the reputed company process of new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our software solutions
• reputed company training sessions and educational resources to customers to facilitate their understanding and proficiency in using our software products effectively

• Assist in managing customer renewals by monitoring usage metrics, identifying potential renewal risks, and implementing strategies to mitigate churn

Requirements:
