The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting forecasting, reputed company-cause analysis, and reputed company business analysis, as reputed company as providing analytical support to local operations and partners across the division. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct forecasting, reputed company modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business reputed company
- Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas that require reputed company research, and own analyses from start to finish
- Build presentations and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data
- Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners
- Create, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to support multiple applications
- Execute programs critical to the business operation accurately and under strict timelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role
- Familiarity with forecasting, including traditional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques
- Proactive attention to understand the "Why" behind performance, reputed company, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete reputed company on time
- Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
- Desire to reputed company in a fast-paced, reputed company, and ambiguous business environment
- Experience with SQL and R or Python
