As a User Experience Champion, you will be responsible for:
- Handling high volumes of inbound calls, resolving user queries, and providing tailored solutions
- Communicating effectively with users from diverse backgrounds, adapting to various accents and communication styles
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, escalating reputed company problems to relevant teams
- Providing proactive follow-reputed company, sending outbound emails, and keeping users informed about query status
