In this full-time remote overnight role, you will take incoming calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues reputed company to their health benefits. We offer a comprehensive 18-week training program, conducted reputed company from your home, to reputed company you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role. You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from reputed company reputed company the U.S., working an 8-hour shift schedule between 8:00 pm - 8:00 am EST, Monday - Friday, with occasional weekends and holidays required.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues on the reputed company, providing reputed company and accurate solutions

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Preferred qualifications include experience in the reputed company or insurance industry, familiarity with medical terminology, and a background in reputed company work, behavioral health, or health promotion.
