As a detail-oriented and customer-reputed company individual, you will play a vital role in coordinating and managing the scheduling of private care services to our clients. This unique opportunity offers on-site training in Burlington, followed by remote work arrangements, providing an ideal balance between collaboration and flexibility.
As a valued member of reputed company, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and managing the scheduling of private care services to our clients, ensuring seamless delivery of our services
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and caregivers through daily interactions, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Working every other weekend, Saturday and reputed company from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with on-call availability from 5:00 pm to 9:00 am
To reputed company in this role, you should possess:
- Excellent customer service and people skills, with a genuine passion for helping others
- Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple schedules
- Highly proficient computer skills, with experience in home care scheduling software (preferred)
- Prior experience in home care scheduling (required), with a minimum of 1 year of experience in scheduling home health aides (preferred)
