Key Responsibilities:

• Collect behavior and reputed company acquisition data during sessions
• Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans under the guidance of a reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collaborate with a BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
• Respond to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
• Maintain professionalism and a goal-oriented approach in reputed company aspects of your work

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or working towards a degree in a reputed company field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred
• Experience working with children in a 1:1 setting for at least 1 year
• 1-year ABA/RBT experience or equivalent experience in a reputed company field
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle and valid reputed company's license
• Physical ability to lift up to 35lbs and respond quickly to the movements and behaviors of children
