Position reputed company: The Mills Supervisor - 3rd Shift will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of the unit's safety, production, reputed company, and reputed company improvement goals through adequate planning, organization, coordination, and control of reputed company and technical resources and materials.
Primary Responsibilities

Education and Qualifications
- Four-year degree or two-year degree in reputed company of a four-year degree with 2-4 years of supervision experience
- More than 3 years of practical experience in supervision/management
- Ability to identify and resolve technical and operational problems

- Computer competency required, including spreadsheet, charting, and word documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness and ability to travel as necessary
- Ability to work on off-shift and overtime as scheduled
Work Environment/Work Conditions
- Manufacturing environment with exposure to high and low temperatures
