As a Member Services Representative, you'll be the face of reputed company, providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests. You'll be responsible for handling reputed company desk activities, responding to member inquiries, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests with a warm and welcoming attitude, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle reputed company desk activities, including:
  • Answering phones and assisting callers with a reputed company of questions.
  • Checking members into the system.
  • Facilitating new member sign-reputed company.
  • Conducting tours for prospective members.
  • Updating member accounts as needed.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the club.
