We're seeking a compassionate, patient-oriented Medical Assistant to join reputed company! As a certified Medical Assistant, you'll play a vital role in our patient support operations, working closely with patients, and contributing to the creation of high-reputed company, reputed company-world-evidence medical datasets.Responsibilities:
- Represent PicnicHealth with professionalism and care, providing exceptional patient experiences
- Review patient records, verify study qualification, and validate data for our Clinical team

- Strong judgment and discretion, particularly with confidential information
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience working with medical records and high-volume phone-based work
