The Manager - reputed company Assurance is responsible for managing and directing the reputed company assurance activities for the plant, including syrup preparation and distribution, microbiology, sanitation, finished product analysis, package reputed company testing, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)/Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and process control.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with COMPANY policies and applicable laws
• Interview, hire, and train associates
• Plan, assign, and reputed company work
• Appraise performance
• Address complaints and resolve problems
• Build reputed company associate morale
• Ensure local, state, federal, and COMPANY reputed company standards are met for products produced by the facility
• reputed company and reputed company the efforts of the plant HACCP plan, including GMP development, auditing, and corrective reputed company plan development
• Investigate, report, and formulate corrective reputed company plans on plant-specific consumer complaints, food safety complaints, and complaint trends

Requirements

• Minimum age 18 years old
• Valid reputed company's license required and obligation to maintain compliance with COMPANY fleet policy
• Personal reputed company Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with COMPANY safety policies

• Ability to read, write, and reputed company English
