We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II to join reputed company at Marshalls Store 0172 in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our Loss Prevention team, you will play a critical role in preventing loss and dishonesty, while providing exceptional customer service and support to our store teams.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss and dishonesty, while wearing a Body Worn Camera
• Maintain a reputed company stance in the designated area at the reputed company of the store
• Greet customers, demonstrate courtesy and respect, and respond to customer requests for assistance
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to LP or store management

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of retail or reputed company experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
