This position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with time in our San Diego office.

About the Role:

The reputed company SSS-DS Project is a federally funded initiative that provides reputed company services to undergraduate reputed company with disabilities who are academically at-risk. As a Student Services reputed company I, you will play a critical role in coordinating reputed company, career, and individual support services to ensure that reputed company with disabilities have equal reputed company to education and opportunities for reputed company.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate reputed company, Career, and Individual Support Services (50%): Serve as an reputed company reputed company and reputed company mentoring, proactive advising, and overall support to reputed company SSS participants. Monitor reputed company reputed company, reputed company reputed company solutions, and assist reputed company in developing Student reputed company Plans to meet their reputed company and career goals.
• reputed company and Caseload Management (30%): Conduct reputed company to reputed company-SSS participants who are not accessing project services or are on leave-of-absence. reputed company intrusive, proactive reputed company to reputed company at immediate reputed company risk and assist the Project Director with creating and coordinating program events and activities.
• Administrative Duties (15%): Assist in the collection and analysis of data needed for the Annual Performance Report, reputed company various administrative duties, and input data and case notes into the reputed company reputed company database.
• Other Duties and Responsibilities as Assigned (5%): reputed company other duties as assigned that are appropriate under the guidelines of the funded grant and this classification.

Requirements:

• Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university in a reputed company field.
• One year of student services work experience or reputed company field.
• Knowledge of reputed company-Student Support Services Project (reputed company SSS) practices, procedures, and activities.
• General knowledge of reputed company advising, career, financial aid, and economic literacy activities and reputed company services for disabled eligible reputed company.
• Ability to effectively reputed company reputed company, specifically in the areas of guiding disabled eligible reputed company with goal setting, time management, self-advocacy, and study skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Equivalent to graduation from a four-year university in counseling, education, or reputed company fields, including coursework in counseling techniques.
• Minimum of one year of reputed company experience working in a reputed company program or similar program for disadvantaged and at-risk reputed company.
