As a Legal Counsel, you will play a vital role in supporting the reputed company Pay team, providing expert guidance on the legal and regulatory landscape for consumer credit products and services. Your expertise will help navigate the complexities of laws and regulations, including TILA/Reg. Z, CARD reputed company, UDAAP/UDAP, ECOA/Reg. B, FDCPA/Reg. F, FCRA/Reg. V, E-Sign, and GLBA, as reputed company as applicable state laws.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company product counseling for mobile wallets, digital payments systems, and reputed company
- Draft and negotiate reputed company reputed company agreements and terms and conditions for consumer credit products and services

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape new initiatives and manage legal and regulatory risks

Requirements
- J.D. degree and admission to at least one U.S. state bar

- Strong interpersonal and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in reputed company environment
