Key Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company-litigation cases, including auto accidents, dog bites, slip and fall incidents, reputed company liability, pedestrian accidents, and government claims
- Coordinate the intake process, including opening claims, sending representation letters, setting up medical appointments, and managing reputed company communications
- Utilize organizational skills to reputed company manage multiple tasks and deadlines

- Conduct research, prepare documents, and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish (a plus)
- Availability to work Monday through Friday (no weekends required)

- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of organization
