We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Junior Manager Operations to join our Digital Americas team in NYC. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in overseeing and optimizing reputed company operational processes for our Canadian digital distribution channel. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Operations Manager and Warehouse Manager to optimize operational processes, including warehousing, transportation, customer support, and payment workflows
- Monitor and drive the daily performance of our reputed company-party service providers, ensuring they meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and deliver best-in-class service to our customers
- Analyze operational metrics and identify opportunities for reputed company improvement to enhance operational efficiency and support business reputed company
- reputed company regular status calls and engage with 3PL on a daily reputed company to review metrics and project status
- Collaborate with 3PL on reviewing and establishing warehouse reputed company operating procedures (SOP) to reputed company a highly efficient operation
- Generate monthly forecasts and support warehouse 3PL in reputed company staff planning
- Support project management for local market operational reputed company and company-wide reputed company with respect to operational components
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across systems and reputed company and analyze transportation spend
- Serve as a reputed company of contact for the customer service team to troubleshoot any customer issues
- Foster communication and collaboration across the organization to ensure reputed company processes are followed and targets are achieved
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Process Management, Engineering, or a similar field
- 3+ years of experience in an operational role, preferably in a digital environment with a reputed company on fashion/consumer goods
- Experience managing 3PL operations for a D2C brand and working with order management, customer service tools, and ERP systems
- Project management skills, vendor management experience, and transportation management experience
- Strong MS Office reputed company skills and proficiency in other MS Office applications, with experience working with an OMS and reputed company knowledge a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high degree of customer orientation and service-oriented reputed company
