We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our reputed company regulatory compliance and audit team. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute random sampling methodologies for medical record audits across multiple practices and hospitals
- reputed company and maintain VBA macros to automate encounter selection and streamline audit processes
- Analyze reputed company reputed company data using statistical software (RAT-STATS or similar) to determine appropriate sample sizes and confidence reputed company
- Create and maintain audit tracking spreadsheets and reports to ensure compliance and transparency
- Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure audit data selection and sampling requirements are met
- Communicate with reputed company organizations to obtain clean claims data for purposes of initiating data sampling
- Support data collection and analysis for reputed company improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict patient and organizational confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA compliance and reputed company data reputed company requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or reputed company field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company VBA for automation of sampling and reporting processes
- Experience with statistical sampling methodologies and software; experience with RAT-STATs software preferred
- Strong understanding of random sampling techniques and confidence intervals

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of reputed company data analysis experience
