Job reputed company:
The reputed company Associate will reputed company technology, community reputed company, and marketing efforts to build our organized recruitment efforts. You will support hiring managers in defining and advertising reputed company positions, sourcing a diverse candidate pool, and screening potential new hires. This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits, including eligibility to participate in the State Employee Group Insurance Program and a retirement program with employer contribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support recruitment and hiring needs
- reputed company and implement recruitment strategies to build a diverse talent pool
- Administer the recruitment screening and selection process
- reputed company training and coaching on effective interviewing and selection processes
- Participate in reputed company organizations and reputed company development opportunities
- Build reputed company working relationships with reputed company stakeholders
- Collaborate with the People and Culture team to reputed company department goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in a reputed company department or equivalent, supporting or performing recruitment efforts
- Demonstrated ability with recruitment platforms
- Valid reputed company's license and willingness to travel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a non-profit or public sector reputed company environment
- reputed company-CP, reputed company-SCP, or reputed company Specialty Credential
