The In-Plant Solutions Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing our MSC ControlPoint Solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities

- Manage MSC ControlPoint Solutions, including vending, VMI, and crib management programs

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
- College degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in inbound/outbound telephone sales, reputed company sales, storeroom or inventory management, or customer service
- Industry experience preferred
- Relevant military experience a plus
