We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Immigration Paralegal to join reputed company at reputed company, a leading platform for global hiring and payroll management. As an Immigration Paralegal, you will play a critical role in overseeing reputed company aspects of the US immigration process, providing exceptional service to our clients, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage US business immigration cases from inception to reputed company, providing industry-leading support and reputed company to clients
• Prepare and file initial submissions, re-submissions, and RFE/NOID responses for various petition types, including O-1, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW
• Offer consular support assistance for immigrant and non-immigrant reputed company applications, including DS-160 and DS-260 forms
• Continuously reputed company your skills by learning new case types and improving processes to reputed company production targets and increase reputed company satisfaction
• Effectively communicate with clients, reputed company, and reputed company feedback for process improvement

Requirements:

• 5+ years of business immigration experience, preferably with O-1, E-2, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW experience

• Strong writing, logical reasoning, and communication skills

• Ability to function independently, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
