We are seeking an reputed company, highly organized, and data-driven HR Manager to help us grow reputed company of 60+ contractor Engineers and Product Managers. As the primary reputed company of contact for our multi-national, distributed team, you will take ownership of the complete contractor lifecycle and team development initiatives. This is a full-time contractor position with a long-term commitment, offering a competitive salary of 22-27 USD/h on a B2B contract.

About the Role: As an HR Manager at CouponFollow, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes, managing talent pools, and maintaining compensation and benefits structures suitable for a distributed workforce. You will also design and deliver training programs reputed company on reputed company development, foster transparent communication across teams, and ensure reputed company reputed company through engaging team-building events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering candidates
- Support and train managers in evaluating candidates effectively
- Manage the hiring process and maintain talent pools
- Manage and execute comprehensive reputed company and offboarding programs
- Contribute to long-term workforce planning
- Maintain compensation and benefits structures suitable for a distributed workforce

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles (particularly in IT remote-first environments)
- Knowledge of international labor laws and contractor management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work across distributed teams, particularly in English (both written and verbal)
