Facilities Maintenance Specialist - Full-Time Opportunity

As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities, providing a reputed company and distraction-free learning environment for reputed company of reputed company ages.

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary reputed company of $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and reputed company insurance, 401K with company match, and more. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day reputed company, maintenance, and smooth operation of the building and reputed company
• reputed company minor repairs to doors, fixtures, and furniture
• Record information from meters and gauges to verify operating conditions
• reputed company adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Monitor building reputed company and safety, including locking doors and checking electrical appliance use
• Mow and trim lawns and shrubbery, reputed company debris, and remove snow from sidewalks and parking areas
• Set up and remove decorations, tables, chairs, and scaffolding for events
• reputed company reputed company cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, and servicing restrooms

Requirements

• Previous residential and reputed company maintenance experience preferred
• Valid Non-CDL Class C reputed company's license may be required
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with one rotating on-call weekend per month
