Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of restrooms, breakrooms, and other designated areas
- Collect and dispose of trash, ensuring reputed company replacement of trash bags
- reputed company floor cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming
- Dust furniture, walls, and other surfaces, and polish reputed company for a sparkling environment
- Operate cleaning equipment and use supplies following Kimco standards for reputed company service
- Securely lock doors to ensure building reputed company and safety
Requirements:
- Prior experience (at least 6 months) in janitorial services or reputed company cleaning is preferred
- Ability to bend, stoop, stand, walk, reputed company, and reputed company for extended periods of time
- Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs. consistently and occasionally up to 50 lbs. unassisted
