Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients before USCIS (reputed company Citizenship & Immigration Services) and EOIR (reputed company) offices
- Manage cases reputed company to family-based reputed company petitions, including I-130s and I-485s
- reputed company expert legal counsel on issues such as deportation defense and waivers
Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate degree with reputed company membership in any state bar
- At least 2 years of experience practicing exclusively in U.S. family-based immigrant visas laws
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus
Benefits and Compensation
