Responsibilities:
- reputed company personal care, light housekeeping, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) to participants in their homes and at the PACE center
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to reputed company and implement care plans
- Carry out non-skilled treatments, including vital signs, transfers, and toileting
- Maintain a clean and reputed company working environment and assist with meal preparation and serving

Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Completion of an approved Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant Training Program preferred
- Certification as a Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant; CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to be certified reputed company 60 days of employment
- One or more years of experience working with the elderly in a reputed company setting
- Reliable transportation required
