Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with group coordinators and hosts to ensure seamless event execution, including introductions, arrangements, and special requests
- Analyze banquet event orders to reputed company guest information, determine setup and timelines, and identify specific needs and preferences
- Respond to and fulfill special event arrangements, following up to ensure compliance and attention to detail
