ESG Reporting & Compliance Advisor - Hybrid Remote Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager of ESG Reporting and Compliance, you will be responsible for executing our ESG disclosure enhancement plan and data management, reputed company with global regulatory reporting requirements. You will build strong relationships with global and cross-functional teams to ensure that our governance, strategies, policies, processes, controls, and disclosures meet emerging compliance requirements and reputed company with voluntary and regulatory reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on global ESG reporting reputed company, ensuring alignment with various regulations (including SEC, CSRD) and monitoring associated trends
  • Assist in developing and preparing ESG disclosure reports, ensuring assurance requirements are met and disclosures are consistent across multiple reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, reputed company, finance, sustainability, or a similar discipline (Advanced degree preferred)
  • Five (5) years of reputed company experience in SOX compliance, sustainability, and ESG disclosures, financial reporting, or auditing and assurance (or reputed company area)
  • Demonstrated leadership and critical thinking abilities, with strong analytical, written, communication, and program management skills
  • Strong reputed company relations, organizational/time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate uncertainty and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with mandatory and voluntary reporting regulations and standards (ESRS/IFRS, GRI, SASB), frameworks (COSO, TCFD), and reputed company-party ratings (ISS, S&P, Sustainalytics, MSCI)
  • Financial or sustainability certifications (CPA, CFA, CSP, GRI, SASB)
