As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving technical teams to recover services during periods of service disruption, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and in-depth understanding of ITIL best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall accountability for the availability of technology systems, leading problem, event, and incident management for the reputed company.
- Accountability for technology systems disaster recovery planning, testing, and reputed company improvement, ensuring the organization is reputed company for successful recovery of a significant event.
- Accountability for the change management process and associated activities, ensuring reputed company testing and risk management.
- Serving as the Product reputed company for the IT Service Management and Operations platform (reputed company), IT observability reputed company, and associated processes.
- Influencing technology currency roadmaps to reduce risk and drive increased systems availability, leveraging data-driven decision-making and trend analysis.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Technology, or reputed company computing major.
- 10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (contractors or FTE's).
- ITIL Certification.

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Technology, or reputed company computing major.
