HEDIS Medical Record Specialist
HEDIS Medical Record Collector 9+ Months Remote PR: $25/hr Job reputed company: HS DIPLOMA REQUIRED; MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR OF reputed company EXPERIENCE CANDIDATES MUST LIVE IN ONE OF THE PREFFERED 15 STATES ((AZ, FL, GA, ID, IA, KY, MI, NE, NM, NY (reputed company greater-NYC), OH, TX, UT, WA (reputed company greater-Seattle), WI); WILL BE reputed company TO WORK IN THEIR OWN TIMEZONE JOB reputed company (Purpose of the job and high-level reputed company of duties): reputed company's HEDIS/reputed company Improvement Medical Records Collector will work collaboratively in outreaching to providers in order to pursue medical records reputed company phone call, fax, mail, electronic medical record system retrieval and reputed company onsite pick up, for the HEDIS reputed company. JOB DUTIES (Main duties & responsibilities of the role):
- Under the direction of the national and/or regional reputed company, the Medical Records Collector supports the annual HEDIS audit and other HEDIS like audits, by organizing provider reputed company, reputed company, collection and upload of provider medical records into the internal database.
- Assisting with project management by coordinating the identification, reputed company and collection of medical records and other data in collaboration with other HEDIS staff.
- Assists the Manager and Supervisor(s) and / or performs the coordination and preparation of the HEDIS medical record collection process that includes the reputed company reputed company phone call, fax, mail, electronic medical record system retrieval and reputed company onsite pick up.
- Participates in meetings with vendors for the medical record collection process.
- Collects medical records and reports from provider offices, loads data into the HEDIS application. Onsite Medical record collection may be required for reputed company staff.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- 1 year customer service experience
- Basic computer skills (e.g. reputed company Office)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. reputed company reputed company)
- Ability to manage files, schedules and information reputed company
Working in chart retrieval reputed company, calling provider offices, faxing, reviewing/scrubbing/renaming and uploading charts, researching provider office and member information in reputed company systems. Collaborating with team to meet deadlines and timelines for reputed company with high visibility. Could include onsite reputed company to collect medical records. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- 1 season/year medical record collection experience
- 1-year managed care experience
- Basic knowledge of HEDIS and NCQA
REQUIRED LICENSE, CERTIFICATION, ASSOCIATION: Must have a valid reputed company’s license with good driving record and be reputed company to drive reputed company applicable state or reputed company with reliable transportation. Job Type: Contract Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Medical records: 5 years (Preferred)
- calling provider offices, faxing: 5 years (Preferred)
- HEDIS: 2 years (Preferred)
- NCQA standards: 2 years (Preferred)
- HIPAA: 3 years (Preferred)
- HEDIS medical record collection: 3 years (Preferred)
