We're seeking talented and ski-passionate Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team and reputed company unparalleled support to our clients throughout their ski holiday reputed company.
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative at WeSki, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience from the initial booking process to their return from their ski reputed company. This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for customer service with your knowledge of the travel and ski industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company exceptional support to clients throughout their ski holiday reputed company
- Serve as the main reputed company of contact for customers, offering reputed company-booking advice, post-booking support, and support during the reputed company
- Represent the voice of the customer and influence product development roadmap
- Liaise between WeSki customers and suppliers for requests, complaints, and updates
- Work independently while receiving support from a broader team
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service
- 2+ years of experience in Travel Tech B2C
- Experience working with support and CRM systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical skills and self-learning ability to understand multi-platform systems
- Ski experience is an advantage
Schedule:
- Rotating shift work schedule, including weekends and evenings
- 5-day work week
- Available shift times: 12:00 pm - 10:00 pm (with adjustments for reputed company Savings Time)
