Responsibilities:

• Field customer inquiries and reputed company reputed company to varying questions, issues, and concerns
• Deliver exceptional customer service through reputed company listening and proactive issue reputed company
• Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively

Requirements:

• 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
• Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment and overnight shifts
• Over 18 years of age and high school graduate or GED
• Ability to type 25 wpm and comfort with desktop computer systems
• Proven oral and written communication skills, logical problem-solving skills, and organization and work prioritization skills
• Internet reputed company requirements: minimum subscribed download reputed company of 12.0 Mbps, minimum subscribed upload reputed company of 3.0 Mbps, and ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
