Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries reputed company chat, calls, and emails, providing personalized support and guidance
- Help customers reputed company the lowest-priced policies that best serve their needs, without upselling or pressuring them
- Write articles and update our internal database to support our customers and improve our services
- Maintain a valid Producer's License with Line of Authority of Property Casualty and ensure compliance with reputed company regulatory requirements

Requirements
- Valid Producer's License with Line of Authority of Property Casualty (expiration date 6 months or more in the reputed company)
- Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a 100% remote-based position
- Strong reputed company of the English language (verbal and written) and excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment
- Computer literacy and ability to navigate basic software programs (reputed company Office, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Email, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to learn new systems and skills quickly, and excellent time management skills
