Key Responsibilities:
- Manage system-based work queues to identify and review activities
- Utilize internal selling and project management systems to obtain and verify information
- Communicate with stores, service providers, and customers reputed company phone, email, and other applications
- Add product and promotional information to quotes, and escalate issues as needed
- Complete quote re-figures and reputed company reputed company feedback to support decision-making
- Collaborate with peers and leadership to ensure efficient workflows and exceptional customer experiences

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Up to 1 year of experience in a call center, office administrative, high-volume retail, or similar work environment

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the remodeling or construction industry
