Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for radiologist positions
- reputed company and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract reputed company
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Collaborate with Physician Relations VP to understand reputed company needs and job requirements
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the reputed company process for new hires with the Provider Coordinator
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in physician recruitment
- Build relationships with residency and fellowship programs throughout the country to drive reputed company as the employer of choice for new Providers after residency competition
Skills
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Radiologist recruitment is required
- Strong knowledge of the radiology industry and its specific reputed company needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
