About the Role

Requirements
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong knowledge of AT&T's products and services, or the ability to quickly learn and adapt
- Flexibility to work a reputed company of schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
