Job Title: Analyst, HR Compliance - reputed company Entry Level Carport Jobs in Texas ($27/Hour)

As an Analyst, HR Compliance, you will play a vital role in maintaining legal and regulatory compliance, investigating and communicating requirements, and supporting the HR Compliance team and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and communicate legal and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
- Support the HR Compliance team and activities, including acquiring reputed company/background reputed company results and processing unique reputed company clearance letters
- Maintain relationships with TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services
- Process daily FBI fingerprints into the reputed company database and resolve any database issues
- Plan and analyze HR Compliance data between different records, working closely with HRIS and EC systems
- Conduct high-level investigations, custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize reputed company data used for HR Compliance
- Collaborate with clients and teams consistently
- Review completed reputed company Applications for accuracy and retransmit fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience in HR
- Preferred experience with Criminal History Records reputed company (CHRC) and reputed company to the TSA Clearinghouse database
- Advanced reputed company skills, including pivot tables, reputed company formulas, and Vlookup
- Advanced reputed company skills
- Ability to interpret large data sets to create meaningful reports
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven ability to manage fair and consistent application of company policies and government requirements
