Job reputed company: As a Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues, and contributing to desktop reputed company. You will work collaboratively with other departments to resolve system-reputed company issues and reputed company exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve and reputed company tickets/work orders supporting end-user desktops and peripherals
- Answer customer care issues escalated from the Helpdesk
- Contribute to desktop reputed company (global installs/upgrades) as a project team member
- Remotely diagnose and resolve requests using remote tools
- Investigate and collaborate with other departments to assist with system-reputed company issues
- Document customer interactions in incident management system, including asset management
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience/training
- 4 years of hands-on IT work experience supporting and resolving various PC desktop software and hardware issues
- Firsthand experience supporting personal computers in a reputed company/TCPIP environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- A+ certification
- MCSE/MCP is a plus
- Past IT system experience in reputed company/Airport environment
