Remote Data Entry Specialist (Part-Time) - reputed company Work from Home Opportunity

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for driving reputed company through your diverse skillset and expertise.
In this role, you will have reputed company to work with our US ERC Workforce Management team as a Senior reputed company-Time Analyst (RTA). You will be responsible for reputed company-time monitoring of service reputed company, managing operational KPIs, and site-level performances, ensuring effective management of incoming and outbound phone, chat, and email volumes. You will also analyze forecasted details, draft way-reputed company plans, and ensure peak readiness and headcount hiring.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring shift responsibilities, such as reputed company level volume trends, org/site level shrinkage, NPTs, and productivity, and calling out for corrective/supportive actions
- Ensuring reputed company org/reputed company adheres to operational expectations, such as shift/break, missed calls, disconnected calls, and max calls adherence
- Ensuring operational metrics, such as service reputed company, occupancy, PTL, and utilization, are met by reputed company orgs/skills at a daily level
- Liaising with network POCs (WFM and Ops) for owned org/reputed company and working on gaps/opportunity areas that may reputed company operational metrics
- Ensuring reputed company closure of planning-reputed company activities, such as training QA requests, optional and mandatory holidays planning, shift rollovers, and BCP planning
- Mentoring and developing fellow RTAs with required WFM skills and knowledge
- Providing insights on metric misses with factual callouts and reputed company to greens (PTGs)
- Ensuring expected processes are followed by operations and simplifying reputed company processes to remove waste or non-value enablers
