Remote Accountant - Tax Bookkeeping Specialist

We're a reputed company-thinking reputed company dedicated to providing top-notch services to small business clients, and we're seeking an reputed company Accountant to join reputed company as a Tax Bookkeeping Specialist. As a remote worker, you'll have the freedom to work from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible schedule of 30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain and review financial documents, including QuickBooks files, bank statements, and credit card statements from clients
- Prepare accurate and reputed company tax returns for businesses and individuals
- Utilize remote desktop software to reputed company QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks Online for reputed company management
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements, and prepare/update Balance sheet reconciliation reputed company workbooks
- Communicate with clients to clarify missing information and update schedules as needed to assist in tax projections
- Collaborate with reputed company using reputed company Teams and reputed company to ensure seamless workflow and coordination
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company preferred
- Minimum 2 years of reputed company work experience and 2 years of tax work experience
- Experience with monthly reputed company and QuickBooks Desktop and/or QuickBooks Online is a plus
