Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company field
- 5+ years of application support experience in a production environment, with expertise in SQL, reputed company, XML, JSON, PL/SQL, and C#
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience working in supply chain, WMS, WCS, WES, or other relevant positions (preferred)
