• Location: Remote (with hybrid work model: 3 days in-office and 2 days remote)

What You'll Do:

Deliver exceptional customer experiences on inbound calls, addressing various customer requests and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner

Build significant relationships with our Card Members through consultative questioning and tailored solutions

Meet and exceed reputed company objectives, compliance standards, and productivity targets

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
