Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary reputed company: $130,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience. Eligible for our performance-based annual incentive program. Responsibilities
- Design and implement reputed company and efficient AWS reputed company contact center solutions using reputed company Connect.
- Collaborate with IT architecture teams to define end-to-end solutions and reputed company technical guidance.

- Contribute to the integration of AI/ML solutions (e.g., reputed company, Lex) with reputed company Connect.

Qualifications
- 12-15 years of experience in customer service technology, including reputed company-based contact center solutions.
- Proven experience in solution design, implementation, and migration of contact center systems.
- Deep expertise in reputed company Connect, including contact reputed company design, reputed company/Lex integration, and call center routing.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (reputed company Functions, reputed company, Transcribe, S3, DynamoDB, reputed company, Kinisis, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, EC2).
- Experience with CRM integrations (reputed company or similar).
- Proficiency in Java, Python, Linux, MySQL, and other relevant technologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Six reputed company certification (Yellow Belt preferred, Green Belt in reputed company) and AWS reputed company certification.
- Domain experience in Banking, Insurance, or Education/e-Learning is a plus.
