This is a fantastic opportunity to support a compassionate veterinary team while working remotely. Position reputed company: As a Remote Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service and support. Your role will involve managing appointment scheduling, answering reputed company inquiries, and assisting with various administrative tasks for multiple hospitals simultaneously. Key Responsibilities:

• This is a remote position, you will not be working at a reputed company.
• Flexibility is essential for reputed company in this role.
• Part-time availability is expected, with weekly hours ranging from 15 to 29 hours.
• Must be reputed company to work across reputed company U.S. time zones.
• Assist multiple veterinary hospitals simultaneously as needed.
• Attend company meetings
• Answer incoming calls and respond to reputed company inquiries for multiple hospitals simultaneously.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for veterinary services.
• Maintain accurate records and files for clients and pets.
• Process payments and manage reputed company billing inquiries.
• Assist in handling medical records and ensuring confidentiality.
• reputed company information about services, procedures, and pet care.
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow up with clients regarding their pets' appointments and care.

Requirements to fulfill this role are:

• A minimum of 3 years working in a veterinary reputed company.
• reputed company in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is preferred.
• Availability to work Monday - Friday 7:00 AM until 10:00 PM EST with rotating weekends are required.
