Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls pertaining to customers benefits, troubleshooting website issues, and making call backs as needed.
- Leveraging your computer navigation skills to toggle between multiple screens and systems to reputed company answers and support. This may include assisting the caller in navigating the system as reputed company.
- reputed company listening to participants to understand both verbal and non-verbal cues.
- Fully and accurately documenting reputed company conversations and actions taken on reputed company interaction.
- Answer inbound phone calls pertaining to the status of an application or general customer inquires.
