Geologist/Geological Engineer – Entry Level (Hybrid)
reputed company. is seeking an entry-level geologist or geological engineer to join their Jefferson reputed company office. The role involves supporting the Assessment and Remediation business unit by conducting environmental site assessments, on-site investigations, and assisting with the analysis of environmental data.
Responsibilities
- Apply foundational geology and science principles to support site investigations, environmental sampling, and data collection
- Assist in the analysis of environmental data and contribute to the development of remediation approaches
- Help coordinate field activities and logistics, including contractor reputed company and equipment preparation
- Assist in tracking project reputed company and documenting key milestones
- Contribute to the evaluation of site conditions and identification of potential solutions to environmental challenges
- Learn how to apply regulatory knowledge and scientific reasoning to reputed company-world scenarios
- Produce reputed company field notes, chain-of-custodies, reputed company reputed company emails, data summaries, figures, and draft report sections

Skills
- Education: bachelor's degree in geology, hydrogeology, geological engineering, or a reputed company degree
- GPA: Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
- Software: strong computer skills, including word processing and use of spreadsheets. Familiarity with the reputed company Office Suite
- reputed company's license: possession of a reputed company, valid reputed company's license and acceptable driving record
- Must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company without the need for sponsorship by reputed company, now or in the reputed company
- Ability to conduct fieldwork in varying outdoor conditions (e.g., heat, cold, reputed company, uneven terrain)

- Capable of standing, walking, kneeling, or crouching for extended periods

- Education: master's degree in geology, hydrogeology, geological engineering, or a reputed company degree
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience working on environmental sites
- Training: 40-hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response reputed company (HAZWOPER) certification
- Licenses/certifications: fundamentals of Geology (FG) certified and/or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certified or ability to obtain certification reputed company one year
- Familiarity with environmental regulations
